Owner / Director -- Seton Hall University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Physical Education

Starting at age 7, I was a competitive gymnast at the State and Regional Level. I took my gymnastics background into college with me and was a Division I Collegiate Cheerleader at Seton Hall University. I am currently a Health and Physical Education Teacher in the Bloomfield School District where I was previously also the Head Coach of the Bloomfield High School Cheerleading Squad. I have 22 years of coaching experience in gymnastics, tumbling and cheer. As owner/director of Flippin’ Out Tumbling and Gymnastics I am fulfilling a lifelong dream of passing on the valuable knowledge that I have gained in the sports of gymnastics and cheerleading to the next generation and helping them to find the passion for such amazing sports.


Owner / Director -- Syracuse University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management and Technology.

For 8 years I was a competitive USAG gymnast at the State and Regional Level. I trained at Syracuse University with the men’s NCAA Division 1 gymnastics team. I have 16+ years of experience coaching tumbling for various competitive cheer teams.


Program Director -- Ocean County and Bergen Community, Accounting and Exercise Science

This is my 25th year in the sport of gymnastics. I have taught and directed pre-school gymnastics through competitive level gymnastics. My passion is teaching young gymnasts to develop a love for the sport all while having a positive experience in the gym.

Instructor -- Ramapo College

I am a 5th grade teacher at Brookdale Elementary School in Bloomfield. I received my degree at Ramapo College. I am a former competitive gymnast and have been teaching all levels of gymnastics and tumbling for over 10 years.


Instructor -- Ramapo College of New Jersey

I was a competitive cheerleader for North Arlington High School then moved onto cheerleading for Ramapo College. I coach the North Arlington Starz Cheerleading Team, which is divided into 2 different teams. I have been teaching gymnastics for 8 years and am an aspiring elementary school teacher.

I enjoy being with friends and family, and enjoy staying active and having fun


Instructor -- Montclair State University

I attended Queen of Peace High School where I was a 4-year Varsity Cheerleader. Currently, I am attending Montclair State University and am a member of the MSU Cheerleading Team who placed second at the National Cheerleaders Association (NCA) Nationals. I have been participating in and coaching gymnastics and cheer for 15 years. My goal is to teach my students gymnastics, tumbling and cheer while keeping it fun and safe. There is nothing better than seeing a smile on your student's face.



Gymnastics began for me at age 3 right here at the former Gymnastics World. I competed until I was 17 years old, ultimately as a Level 10 USAG Gymnast. I resumed competing at college on Penn State’s Gymnastics Club. Upon graduating, I began coaching while completing my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the Rutgers School of Social Work. I have been an instructor here at Flippin’ Out for almost 4 years and coached the JOGA team for almost 2 years.

I have taken my degree into the field of community mental health and work as a counselor at a community facility. I love Yoga and am currently completing a teacher training at Yoga Montclair to become a yoga teacher as well. I want all my students and team members to Have Fun! (Safely)


Instructor -- Attending New Jersey Institute of Technology

I have competed as a gymnast for almost 12 years and been coaching for the last 2 years. In addition, I play ice hockey for the NJIT team. I work with my students to help them reach the next level of gymnastics.


Instructor -- Attending Montclair State University

Currently I am studying exercise science at Montclair State University, graduating this summer. I Have been with Flippin’ Out for 6 years and still counting!


Instructor -- Rutgers University

I am a teacher in the Livingston Public School District teaching 6th Grade. Previously I was a cheerleader in Nutley High school and also cheered at Rutgers University. Currently I am the Head Coach for Nutley High School Cheerleading and am actively involved in the Nutley recreational cheer program. I have been at Flippin’ Out for 5 years.



I was a gymnast at Gymnastic World (former name of the Flippin’ Out facility) from 1980 to 1982 and competed at the United States Gymnastic Association (USAG) Level 8. I have over 20 years experience teaching gymnastics. I try to teach gymnastics in a fun and safe environment.

Instructor -- Medgar Evers College (CUNY)/Montclair State University

I bring 20 years experience to Flippin’ Out including advanced training at International Gymnastic Camp (IGC), advanced training at the Little Gym, Gymnastics Management, Risk Management, Special Needs Training (3rd level consulting). Outside Flippin’ Out, I teach personal self-defense to battered women’s groups. Teaching children to learn while having fun is my goal. I am also a film-maker and a magician.



I bring 14 years gymnastics coaching to Flippin’ Out and a whole lot more. I am the owner of the Endgame Combat Sports Academy since 2001. My goal is to make gymnastics a fun and life-long pursuit. In as past life, I competed professionally in Mixed Marshal Arts (MMA) from 2000 to 2007 and won an International Fighting Championship belt.


Instructor -- Attending James Madison University

My Mom put me in Mommy & Me at 18 months old and I did recreational gymnastics classes until I was 11 years old. I started cheerleading in the 3rd grade and participated in cheerleading throughout all of high school, where I received 3 varsity letters. My goals for the students that come to Flippin’ Out are for them to have fun but also learn and gain a passion for gymnastics and tumbling like I have.


Office Manager -- Bloomfield College

I have been with Flippin’ Out from the very beginning, five years now, and worked in the office at Gymnastic World for 4 years prior to that. I am very involved in my children’s school activities and serve as the Vice-President of the Nutley Boosters and Secretary of Radcliffe Parent/Teacher Organization. I also take an interest in local service activities and serve as Secretary of Local Woman on Wheels Chapter.

Office Staff / Newsletter Editor / Odds and Ends -- Albright College and Montclair State University

Also known as “Billy’s Dad”, I work with the computer systems for class management, the website, Facebook, handle accounts receivable, customer relations, and taking care of general tasks to make things run smoothly. My background is in Pharmaceutical sales and product management. My goals are for a happy, fun-filled and rewarding experience for both the students and parents. If I can be of assistance, I am just a phone call away.
