Owner / Director -- Seton Hall University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Physical Education
Starting at age 7, I was a competitive gymnast at the State and Regional Level. I took my gymnastics background into college with me and was a Division I Collegiate Cheerleader at Seton Hall University. I am currently a Health and Physical Education Teacher in the Bloomfield School District where I was previously also the Head Coach of the Bloomfield High School Cheerleading Squad. I have 22 years of coaching experience in gymnastics, tumbling and cheer. As owner/director of Flippin’ Out Tumbling and Gymnastics I am fulfilling a lifelong dream of passing on the valuable knowledge that I have gained in the sports of gymnastics and cheerleading to the next generation and helping them to find the passion for such amazing sports.
Owner/ Director -- Syracuse University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management and Technology.
For 8 years I was a competitive USAG gymnast at the State and Regional Level. I trained at Syracuse University with the men’s NCAA Division 1 gymnastics team. I have 16+ years of experience coaching tumbling for various competitive cheer teams.
Program Director -- Ocean County and Bergen Community Colleges, Accounting and Exercise Science
This is my 25th year in the sport of gymnastics. I have taught and directed pre-school gymnastics through competitive level gymnastics. My passion is teaching young gymnasts to develop a love for the sport all while having a positive experience in the gym.
Instructor / Coach -- Lincoln Technical Mechanical Engineering Degree
I competed in gymnastics for 7 years up to Level 8 and was a state vault champion for 3 years in a row. During High School, I cheered for 4 years and was Varsity Captain my senior year. In addition, I was an All Star Coach for 2 years. My overall experience covers 23 years.

Instructor -- attending Passaic County Community College
I have been involved in gymnastics for 6 years and for 4 of them competed in United States Association of Independent Gymnastics Clubs (USAIGC) competitions ultimately reaching Silver status. In addition, I competed at the varsity level for 3 years with the Lakeland Regional High School as well as performing on the field with the team.
My goal is to continue my education in the fall of 2016 in pre-nursing program. I work with my students so that they will accomplish all of their goals inside and outside the gym. I feel it is important that I work to make sure they enjoy coming to gymnastics every week.
I have 5 years of experience including competition gymnastics. My goals are for my students to have fun while staying safe. I enjoy winter and spring track.
